Rolls-Royce Krakf3w Global Capability Centre is seeking an FA&R Team Lead to oversee a finance team of Associates and Specialists. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure SLA/KPI delivery, and collaborate with Treasury, Finance and other stakeholders to optimize processes.

The role emphasizes performance management, risk and compliance, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on data-driven decisions and effective escalation handling within a hybrid work setup in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance & accounting is required.
• 10+ years of experience in a GBS or BPO setting.
• Qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA) or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP is a must.
• Experience in resource planning, scheduling and workflow management.
• Experience leading finance teams and driving KPIs.
• Operational-level stakeholder management experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (desirable but not essential).
• SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.
