Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking a who will lead the FA&R team, ensuring delivery of SLAs, KPIs, and timely reporting. You will drive performance reviews, develop team capabilities, and partner with Treasury, Finance and other stakeholders to meet operational requirements.

The role requires 10+ years in finance/GBS with SAP expertise and CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification. Hybrid work with a modern Kraków office is offered, plus a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting.
• 10+ years' experience in a GBS or BPO setting.
• Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA) or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP system: SAP is a must.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent training - desirable but not essential.

Role Description :

The FA&R Team Lead provides leadership to a team of Associates and Specialists You will manage day-to-day operations, distribute workloads and are accountable for meeting team SLAs, KPIs and reporting deadlines. The Team Lead plays an active role in developing team capabilities, conducting performance reviews and identifying opportunities for process improvements. You will act as the key escalation point for operational issues and work closely with the FA&R Tower Lead, Treasury, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Operational Delivery: Coordinate and supervise day-to-day activities, prioritising tasks and balancing workloads across the team.
• Provide hands-on operational support Proactively recognizes problems within scope of responsibilities, identifies options and implement solutions.
• Provides operational support to the team for any day-to-day task.
• Performance Management and CI Drives team and process performance through data driven insights.
• Coordinates, develops and maintains documentation on projects and team assignments.
• Support Projects including Process re-designing / Process Standardization / Process Optimization Ensures that process documentation, Process flow and updating on regular and Timely basis.
• Drive automation and process optimization.
• Stakeholder Management Provide clear, concise, and regular updates to all identified stakeholders, both internal and external, and leadership.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Accounting and other relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate efforts across different departments to address inter-departmental issues and collaborate to deliver the best service experience.
• Escalation Management Act as the first point of escalation for operational delivery. Monitor team performance in handling escalations and provide coaching to improve proficiency. Take Lead in resolving the issues and bring in controls to avoid the occurrence of the issue. Investigate the underlying causes of escalations to identify systemic issues and prevent their recurrence. Timely reporting of issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Risk, Compliance & Controls Maintain and monitor controls and procedures, ensuring compliance with Group Treasury policies and internal control requirements. Ensure that controls are operated as design. Strong Governance around all controls as per RCM's (Risk Control Matrix) Ensure prompt closure of audit findings and document them.
• Team Management: Supervise and allocate work across the team, ensuring effective workload management and timely completion of deliverables. Mentor and provide Guidance to peers and other team members Provide timely and adequate feedback to team members about their performance.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share learnings and insights across departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting
• 10+ years' experience in a GBS or BPO setting
• Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA) or equivalent
• Experience in resource planning, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Experience managing finance teams and driving performance against KPIs.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate people.
• Stakeholder management experience at operational level.
• Experience with ERP system: SAP is a must
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or any other equivalent training - desirable but not essential
• SAP S/4HANA
