Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Poland is seeking a FA&R Lead to manage the end-to-end Financial Accounting & Reporting operations for a team of 12+. The role focuses on growth, data-driven performance, and service delivery, reporting to the Head of GBS Finance Poland.

The Lead will drive performance, develop capabilities, review performance, and implement process improvements while ensuring engagement and escalation management across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting required.
• 10+ years' experience in a GBS or BPO setting.
• Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA) or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of end-to-end Record To Report processes.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end FA&R operations and team.
• Meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with operations managers to align with global standards.
• Ensure controls and compliance across processes.
• Support audit findings closure.
