Job summary

Helprise is seeking an experienced professional to lead operational analysis in finance processes. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in Finance Transformation, specializing in SSC/BPO or consulting environments. Responsibilities include mapping processes, leading workshops, and preparing documentation to support transformations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Finance Transformation, ideally in SSC/BPO or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes: P2P, O2C, R2R, Intercompany, Treasury, Master Data.
• Practical experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
• Experience working in a senior role, such as SME, Team Leader, or Workstream Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational analysis activities across finance processes.
• Map end-to-end processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare process documentation and workflows.
• Drive standardization and support the design of ERP-enabled solutions.
