Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking an Experienced Team Leader to manage a team of 10–15 accountants delivering finance operations services (AP/AR/GL). The role focuses on performance against SLA/KPIs, coaching, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced client-facing environment.

Requires 7+ years in finance ops and 3–5+ years of leadership, with ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and Lean/Six Sigma familiarity. Hybrid work options and extensive development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in finance operations (AP/AR/GL) or related accounting processes.
3–5+ years of experience leading teams (people management, performance management, coaching).
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet KPI-driven deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including client communication.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma).
Proficiency with AI-based tools for automation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations for AP/AR/GL processes and ensure timely, accurate delivery against SLAs/KPIs.
Plan and allocate work to optimize resource utilization and balance workload.
Set clear targets, track performance, and address risks early.
Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
Support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention with HR/Talent Acquisition.
Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls and promote best practices.
