Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking an Experienced Team Leader to manage a 10-15 person Finance Operations team (AP/AR/GL) delivering accurate services to domestic and international clients. You will drive performance against SLAs, allocate work, and promote best practices in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You will develop team members, conduct regular 1:1s, assist with recruitment, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

7+ years in finance operations (AP/AR/GL) or related accounting processes.
3-5+ years of experience leading teams with people management and coaching.
ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and process improvement approaches (Lean/Six Sigma).
Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using AI-based tools for automation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations for AP/AR/GL and ensure timely, accurate delivery against SLAs/KPIs.
Plan and allocate work to balance workloads and optimize resources.
Set targets, monitor performance, and address blockers and risks.
Develop team members through regular 1:1s, coaching, and performance reviews.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and engagement in collaboration with HR.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and promote best practices.
