Job summary

PwC Polska is hiring for Finance Managed Services in Warsaw to support AP activities, vendor communications and month-end close in a hybrid work model. You will process invoices, maintain supplier accounts and help ensure policy compliance; English and Romanian fluency is required, with 1–3 years in AP or Procure to Pay.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay.
• Experience with invoice processing and supplier communication.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling.
• ERP system experience and familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Romanian for daily stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices per policy.
• Review invoices for accuracy and approvals.
• Manage AP activities and vendor accounts maintenance.
• Support payment processing and monitor status.
• Handle AP and T&E mailbox activities.
• Process employee travel expenses and reimbursements.
• Ensure policy compliance and internal controls.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist month-end closing and related reporting.
• Maintain master data in ERP systems and collaborate with stakeholders.
