Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a dynamic renewable energy company in Poland to find an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function and support growth and expansion. The role oversees financial planning, project financing, governance and investor relationships across multi-market projects, with collaboration across senior management and external banks.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience, preferably in energy/renewable sectors.
• Proven track record in securing and structuring project finance and other financing.
• Experience leading finance teams and building scalable finance functions.
• Strong stakeholder management with banks, investors and management.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the finance function, ensuring governance and business support.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and reporting.
• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy to support growth and expansion.
• Lead project financing activities, including debt and equity structuring and funding solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors and financing partners.
• Oversee financial modelling, investment analysis and valuation of projects and opportunities.
• Partner with commercial and project teams on strategic initiatives and investments.
• Ensure financial controls, risk management and compliance across activities.
• Oversee finance across project lifecycles from development to operation.
• Develop and lead the finance team to support growth.
