Job summary

RWE Renewables Poland Sp. z o.o seeks a senior leader to shape and deliver onshore wind, PV and battery storage development in Poland. You will oversee a ~60-person region, drive portfolio strategy, governance and cross-functional alignment to support FID and value creation.

The role requires extensive renewables experience, strong leadership, and fluency in Polish and English, with a track record of delivering large pipelines from origination to divestment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
• Extensive renewable energy experience with onshore wind, PV and BESS exposure.
• Proven track record leading large pipelines from origination to FID or divestment.
• Strong commercial mindset with portfolio management and strategic planning.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams in matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape Poland's Onshore Wind, PV and BESS development pipeline.
• Ensure delivery of a robust, value-driven pipeline from origination to FID.
• Balance growth with disciplined portfolio management and LCOE optimisation.
• Foster high performance and leadership across a ~60-employee team.
• Represent Development within the Polish Board and external markets.
• Drive cross-functional governance with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Investments & Transactions.
