Calan is seeking a Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance in Poland. The role focuses on securing project funding, managing liquidity, and ensuring IFRS and Polish GAAP compliance while supporting growth across PV, wind, and energy storage initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a master’s in finance or accounting, strong modeling skills, and fluency in Polish and English. Collaboration with investors and regulators is essential.

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field is required.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations in renewable energy and accounting principles (IFRS and Polish GAAP).
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
