Job summary

Lodzplus seeks a Finance Center of Excellence Process Lead and Domain Trainer to join our hybrid Lodz team. You will drive domain training initiatives across PTP/OTC/RTR and general F&A processes, designing and delivering high-quality programs to enhance client value.

The role focuses on continuous improvement of training materials, knowledge transfer, and developing capability across participants while collaborating with European F&A operations to align training with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and contribute domain expertise to enhance service delivery and client value
• Partner with client engagements to deliver best-in-class F&A services, including consultancy and targeted interventions
• Support European F&A operations from a functional and practice (horizontal) perspective
• Manage and continuously improve the Domain Training Program, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality F&A training programs (general, domain -PTP/OTC/RTR, and process-specific)
• Prepare and continuously update training materials to reflect process changes, best practices, and client requirements
• Conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure effective learning outcomes
• Ensure adequate knowledge levels and capability development across program participants
• Support engagements in the development and delivery of PPM (Project/Process Management) artefacts
• F&A process improvements recommendations (including deep process analysis, maturity assessment and digital aspects)
