Qualifications

• Strong IFRS and finance skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems with pragmatic, implementable solutions.
• Experience driving process improvements and optimizations.
• Experience with international/global remit and working across cultures.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality controllership activities across entities, business units, and functions while building relationships with stakeholders.
• Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance; investigate unusual trends and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare and review P&L and Balance Sheet fluctuation analyses with explanations.
• Support internal controls and SOX compliance through monitoring, documentation, and remediation.
• Review segregation of duties conflicts and recommend role changes or mitigating controls.
• Contribute to development of financial policies and standardization initiatives.
• Manage complex ad hoc controllership activities and lead related requests.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through automation and collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide financial insights.
