Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. in Krakow, Poland, seeks a hands‑on Competency Specialist to join the Finance Competency and Employee Engagement team.

You will support global Finance training programs, the Finance Competency Framework, and knowledge management initiatives that help Finance employees build the skills needed for today and the future. You will be part of a small global team based in Poland and Switzerland responsible for managing learning requirements, coordinating training

Qualifications

• University degree required with strong academic records.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication and high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with stakeholder management and remote collaboration experience.
• Hands-on creative and technical skills for Microsoft 365 assets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training requirements with Finance stakeholders and coordinate development with content owners.
• Manage end-to-end process for collecting, prioritizing, approving, and developing Finance training needs.
• Create in-house learning assets like video guides and microlearning modules with SMEs.
• Administer training enrollments, monitor participation and KPIs, drive follow-up actions.
• Deploy e-learnings to the Training Platform and act as main Platform Administrator for Finance.
• Maintain Finance training platforms, dashboards, and centralized knowledge content.
• Support development of the Finance Competency Framework and mapping between learning solutions and employee development.
