Fujitsu in Poland is seeking a Financial Controller (Finance Analyst) to join the finance team in Lodz/Katowice with flexible location options across the country. The role blends advanced Excel-based analysis, finance processes, and reporting automation to support month-end close and business insights.

You’ll automate reports, model data, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve finance operations while maintaining high service levels and governance.

Qualifications

• Finance and accounting knowledge.
• Advanced MS Office expertise (Excel, VBA, PowerQuery, Access) and SAP.
• Data modelling and data analysis experience; reporting automation.
• Strong communication, teamwork and time management.
• Adaptability: quick learning of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Closing support – posting bookings, data analysis, results review.
• Analysis & Reporting: prepare advanced analyses and reports; translate data into actionable insights.
• Support basic Finance Operation activities with stakeholders from business lines.
• Assist Finance Business Partner with daily tasks (data analysis, data preparation).
• Automation: create macros and scripts (Visual Basic) to streamline recurring tasks.
• Coordinate project management or support Project Leader.
• Continuously improve and optimize processes and reports.
