Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of accounting, finance, and/or internal controls experience in a large multinational.
• Strong understanding of SOX controls and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality controllership activities across entities, business units and functions.
• Review and analyse financial statements to support accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and review P&L and Balance Sheet fluctuation analyses with explanations for significant movements.
• Support internal controls and SOX compliance through monitoring, process docs and remediation actions.
• Review segregation of duties conflicts and propose effective role changes or mitigating controls.
• Contribute to development of financial policies strengthening practices.
• Manage complex ad hoc controllership activities and drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization and automation alongside stakeholders.
• Monitor financial systems (BlackLine, Workiva) for compliance and accuracy; expand functionality as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Support and coach junior team members to maintain high-quality execution.
