Takeda Lodz, Poland, seeks a Head of Global Finance CoE to shape enterprise Finance and Procurement services. Reporting to the CFO, the role leads transformation, governance and performance across a global, distributed organization.

The role drives enterprise strategy, processes and digital modernization, balancing reliable service with transformational change, and building a high-performing, inclusive leadership culture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across Finance, GBS, Shared Services or Finance and Procurement transformation.
• Experience leading global, multi-site and multicultural organizations in a complex matrix.
• Strong track record in enterprise process, digital and workforce transformation, including automation, analytics and AI.
• Experience operating in highly regulated environments with governance and control expectations.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the vision, strategy and operating model for the Global Finance CoE as a strategic capability and transformation platform.
• Align priorities with Takeda's Finance strategy, enterprise objectives and commitment to patients.
• Provide enterprise thought leadership on the future of Finance, Procurement and global capabilities.
• Deliver high-quality, compliant, resilient and cost-effective Finance and Procurement services globally.
• Establish clear governance, KPIs and value realization for service delivery.
