Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance/accounting/project management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, procurement, and/or project management
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional project teams in international contexts
• Experience leading transformation and program/project management across multiple domains and countries
• Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Experience with project planning/management tools and AI in project execution
• Strong risk identification and management acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, structured, impact-oriented mindset
• Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and ambiguity
• Ability to form strong, trusted working relationships across all levels
• PMP/PRINCE2/LEAN Six Sigma certifications are advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Ensure measurable business value, quality, and cost savings through portfolio delivery
• Develop and manage Finance project portfolio roadmap with planning, resources, risks, end-to-end execution
• Evaluate initiatives for scope, value opportunity, budgets, success factors
• Coach project managers in planning and execution across global portfolio
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across and beyond the Global Finance CoE
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to drive initiatives and collaboration
• Provide regular project updates to Global Finance CoE leadership; manage risks/interdependencies
• Act as a point of contact for a portfolio of global projects
• Contribute to business case development and continuous improvement
