Job summary

Cantor Fitzgerald in Warsaw, Poland seeks a Shared Services Finance Automation & Process Transformation Analyst to redesign and automate core back office finance processes: cost allocations, the monthly close, budgeting, and audit support. You will own and run these processes on an automated platform you build.

The role blends transformation with execution, focusing on turning repetitive tasks into scalable, AI-enabled solutions, and delivering timely, accurate outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in finance, shared services, or analytics.
• Experience applying AI and automation to redesign high‑volume back-office processes.
• Proven track record of automating allocations, reconciliations, month-end close, or reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of data flows in FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Automate the monthly cost allocation process using AI, scripting, and workflow tools.
• Streamline month-end close and reporting across back office functions.
• Design AI-enabled budgeting, run-rate, headcount, and expense analytics solutions.
• Redesign Budget vs. Actuals and variance analysis with automated commentary and self-service reporting.
• Modernise cost center governance with automated controls and master-data checks.
• Automate evidence gathering, reconciliations, and documentation for audits.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical use cases.
• Own the redesigned processes end to end and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
