Job summary

Cantor Fitzgerald in Warsaw is seeking an Analyst for the Automation & Process Intelligence team. You will analyse large datasets, map current and future processes, and support the deployment of task mining and process intelligence tools to drive productivity and cost efficiency.

You will work with AI tools like Claude and other chatbots, translate stakeholder needs into clear automation specs, and collaborate with global Shared Services and CoE teams to deliver reliable insights.

• Solid understanding of SQL and data querying.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude or other chatbots and prompting principles.

• Process analysis skills to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Support deployment and optimisation of Task Mining and Process Intelligence tools (e.g., Mimica).
• Use AI tools like Claude to accelerate data analysis and generate process insights.
• Apply prompting principles to design effective AI prompts.
• Gather requirements and translate needs into clear process and automation specs.
• Query and validate data with solid data modelling knowledge.
• Map current and future state processes with clear documentation.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across geographies.
• Collaborate with Automation Center of Excellence and Technology teams on solutions.
• Maintain documentation of processes, data sources, prompts and analysis methods.
• Support ad hoc analysis and project work as directed.
