Responsibilities

• Lead and support international finance and accounting transformation projects.
• Analyze and optimize finance processes across the organization.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and technology solutions.
• Support end-to-end implementation of finance workflow solutions, including design and training.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and process improvement.
• Prepare process documentation, functional specs, analyses, and project materials.
• Coordinate workshops, testing, training, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Collaborate with business teams, developers, solution architects, and external partners.
