Job summary

The Engage Partnership Recruitment is seeking a Finance Tech Manager to lead and optimize our core finance technology stack from Krakow, operating in a hybrid model. You will oversee system reliability, security, performance, and integrations; guide configuration and automation efforts; support upgrades and reporting improvements across the finance tech environment.

This role demands hands-on leadership, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with finance and IT teams to drive efficiency

Qualifications

• Oversee the effective operation of core finance technology, ensuring systems remain reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
• Provide specialist guidance on finance tech, supporting configuration, optimisation and resolution of technical issues.
• Oversee day-to-day system performance and service delivery, identifying and addressing operational issues where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, technology and changes to existing ways of working.
• Support the delivery of finance technology projects, system implementations and upgrades.
• Provide technical input across integrations, troubleshooting and ongoing system support.
• Contribute to the development of the wider finance technology environment, with a focus on improving efficiency, data quality and reporting.

Responsibilities
