Job summary

Schneider Electric in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Business Finance Analyst to support cost analysis and improve financial processes within the FP&A team. The role is based in the Business Finance Competency Centre and offers a hybrid work model after onboarding.

You will perform period-end close activities, analyze Orders, Sales and P&L against forecasts, develop management dashboards, and support ad hoc data requests while maintaining master data and collaborating across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• FP&A, Controlling, Finance background
• Bachelor's or master's degree (finance, accounting, engineering, statistics, mathematics or equivalent)
• Good communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at various levels
• Attention to details and ability to articulate complex financial information for decision making
• Good problem solving, prioritization and goal orientation
• IT skills: advanced Excel, SAP/Oracle & BI tools knowledge, MS Office
• Good English skills
• Passion for continuous improvements & change management

Responsibilities

• Support comprehensive and timely period end closing activities in line with company requirements
• Analyze Orders, Sales and P&L vs previous year, rolling forecast, targets, identify evolutions
• Prepare Management dashboards with meaningful insights and value-add comments
• Support business with ad hoc analysis and granular data
• Support business review preparations
• Ensure master data maintenance
• Support team in improvement/change management projects
• Strive to continuously improve FP&A processes
• Develop trusted relationships with customers
• Support digitalization and transformation processes
