Job summary

Demant Polska in Szczecin is seeking a Finance Process Automation Specialist to join our Finance Shared Services team. You will analyze accounting and finance processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop practical solutions that improve efficiency and quality.

You will design, implement, and maintain automation using Excel, VBA, Power Query, Microsoft Power Platform, and RPA tools, while supporting Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with business processes in Accounting or Shared Services.
• Fluent Polish and English; able to work with global stakeholders and technical docs.
• Advanced MS Excel, VBA and PowerQuery.
• Experience automating finance or accounting processes.
• Understanding of accounting areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-driven and able to work independently.
• Curious about new technologies and continuous improvement.
• Able to translate business needs into workable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze accounting and finance processes to identify automation opportunities and improvement areas.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Excel, VBA, Power Query, Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, AI-enabled solutions, and other technologies.
• Assess automation opportunities based on value, feasibility, effort, risk, and maintainability.
• Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create process maps to support analysis, standardization, optimization, and automation.
• Deliver training, knowledge sharing, and end-user support related to automation solutions.
