Job summary

TE Connectivity in Kraków seeks a Finance Analytics & Transformation Manager to lead the IND BU Analytical Center of Excellence and drive analytics, automation and digital enablement. You will manage a team of four, partner with central and SV teams, and steer the SAP S/4HANA transition while delivering trusted insights to accelerate decision-making.

Fluent English and strong finance acumen are required, with experience in Power BI, SAP/ERP and data product development valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics or related field; advanced degree or professional finance qualification is an advantage.
• Typically 8+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, finance analytics or transformation in a multinational environment.
• Strong leadership and experience leading cross-functional projects in a global matrix.
• Fluent English with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Practical experience with Power BI and SAP/ERP environments; exposure to S/4HANA valued.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Alteryx, Power Automate or VBA is advantageous.
• Experience applying generative AI to finance processes and measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the ACOE team; establish priorities and roadmaps aligned with BU Finance.
• Partner with Central and SV teams to translate questions into analytics products and dashboards.
• Own the Finance reporting and analytics transformation agenda and retire low-value outputs.
• Lead simplification of Finance reporting with Power BI dashboards and data products.
• Advance Finance toward forward-looking insights, forecasting and scenario modelling.
• Design user-centered dashboards with intuitive navigation and consistent definitions.
• Establish governed self-service analytics with certified datasets and standard measures.
• Coordinate SAP S/4HANA changes and data readiness with IT and data partners.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, training and change management across levels.
• Establish governance and track benefits, adoption and business impact.
• Advance AI, automation and emerging-tech opportunities to create measurable value.
