Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Kraków-based Procurement Solutions Center. You will work with PSC leadership on process ownership, digital transformation, project execution, and business growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical skills, experience in S2P/P2P, and hands-on SAP/SAP S/4HANA or ServiceNow experience, plus advanced Excel. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or Finance.
3+ years in Procurement, Shared Services, or Process Management.
Strong understanding of S2P / P2P processes.
Experience with SAP/SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow or eCatalog tools.
Experience supporting process improvements and digital implementations.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem solving.
Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
Very good English language skills.

Responsibilities

Lead workload measurement and capacity analysis to inform scaling.
Coordinate process improvement, digitalization, and transformation projects.
Act as a link between PSC, PMP, IT, and business stakeholders.
Support procurement process ownership through governance and documentation.
Assist in implementation, testing, adoption, and enhancement of procurement systems.
Analyze operational data, KPIs, and process performance metrics.
Maintain process documentation and training materials.
Develop scalable, standardized ways of working for future growth.
