Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Global Indirect Procurement SME / Process & Digital Enablement Specialist in Kraków, Poland. You will join the Procurement Solutions Center to lead workload measurement, digital transformation, and governance for procurement processes across IT and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes process ownership, data-driven optimization, and collaboration with PSC leadership on strategic projects and scale-up initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Shared Services, Procurement Excellence, Process Management, or similar functions.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience working with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, eCatalog solutions, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience supporting projects, process improvements, digital implementations, testing, or operational transitions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, workload analysis, and data-driven problem solving.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead workload measurement and capacity analysis initiatives to provide transparency on volumes and scaling needs.
• Coordinate and drive process improvement, digitalization, and business transformation projects.
• Act as a link between PSC, PMP, IT, and business stakeholders to move initiatives forward.
• Support procurement process ownership through governance and documentation.
• Assist in procurement systems testing, adoption, and user feedback (UAT).
• Analyze operational data, KPIs, and workload trends to identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge repositories.
• Help build scalable, standardized ways of working for future growth.
