Aon Kraków invites a seasoned Finance Reporting and Automation Business Partner – Team Manager to lead the Data & Analytics function, shaping global reporting, automation and data assets. You will drive continuous improvement, manage a diverse team, and partner with Business Leaders to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Economics, Data/Business Analytics or related field.
Excellent analytical, conceptual and technical skills for data/automation solutions.
Experience with finance processes and data governance is advantageous.
Fluent English; strong communication in a global environment.
Experience leading teams and delivering automation projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Finance Data & Analytics team across regions.
Deliver scalable dashboards and standardized data models.
Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions.
Manage global reporting, SLAs and KPI delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.
