Job summary

Cytiva is seeking an IT Business Enablement Director – Finance to bridge business objectives with IT capabilities and deliver measurable outcomes. You will partner with the Finance organization, drive strategic alignment and agile, product-centric delivery across enterprise IT initiatives, and act as a virtual team lead within the BE Functions.

The role reports to the Sr Director IT Business Enablement Functions and will be an on-site position in Kraków or Warszawa.

Qualifications

12+ years partnering with Finance teams or finance technology transformation.
Ability to translate business priorities and data requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through credibility and clear decision support.
Experience operating in a global, matrixed organisation with cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with Cytiva Finance leaders and IT delivery teams to align technology priorities with business objectives.
Define and maintain Finance IT strategy and roadmaps across OpCo, function, and regional levels.
Identify business outcomes and prioritize them within value streams for delivery.
Determine delivery approaches with IT Delivery & Governance and leverage value stream teams.
Develop proof of concepts, specify user requirements, measure ROI, and ensure measurable improvements.
Champion continuous improvement and innovation across Finance using analytics and automation to optimize processes.
