Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Finance professional to support accounting and reporting across multiple countries in a multinational environment.

You will collaborate with international teams, assist with month-end close, AR/AP, budgets, forecasts, and provide financial analysis to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting or finance operations.
• Advanced English and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Manager in delivering high-quality financial reporting and management information to the client and CBRE leadership.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and SOX-related reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and cash flow data.
• Support revenue, margin, and cost tracking, including budget monitoring and savings reporting.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities, including invoicing, credit control, supplier payments, and PO management.
• Maintain financial records and trackers, ensuring data accuracy across ERP systems.
• Work closely with Shared Service Centres, in-country finance teams, and operational stakeholders to resolve financial issues and improve processes.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making across EMEA sites.
