Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Warsaw is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Finance Team. The role supports month-end close and invoicing for multiple EMEA countries, providing contract reporting and financial guidance to the wider team.

Based in Warsaw with a remote/hybrid setup, the analyst will collaborate with finance managers, client finance teams, and stakeholders across EMEA to ensure accurate financials and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance area or equivalent experience considered
• Fluent English written and spoken is required
• 1–2 years in finance/accounting is preferred
• Advanced Excel data manipulation skills required

Responsibilities

• Month end close for countries in scope
• Prepare adjusting journal entries and reallocations
• Ensure margins reflect reality and report variances
• Manage invoicing process and prepare invoice backups
• Follow up on overdue debt and receivables
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and ad hoc requests
