Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Finance professional to support accounting and reporting activities across multiple countries, with a remote role available from Poland. You will collaborate with international teams, assist with month-end close, manage accounts payable/receivable, and provide financial insights to CBRE leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in financial accounting, finance operations, or financial analysis.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes.
• Proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Manager in delivering high-quality financial reporting and management information to the client and CBRE leadership.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and SOX-related reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and cash flow data.
• Support revenue, margin, and cost tracking, including budget monitoring and savings reporting.
• Maintain financial records and trackers, ensuring data accuracy across ERP systems.
