Job summary

Breezeline is seeking a Customer and Network Facing Technician to perform field installation, service work, and maintenance of cable TV, Internet and voice systems for residential and business customers across our service area. Under general supervision, you will troubleshoot, test, and restore services on both HFC and FTTH networks.

You will coordinate with dispatch, manage equipment and vehicle readiness, complete work orders promptly, and communicate with customers in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of one year of direct customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, disconnect, and troubleshoot television, high-speed internet, telephony, and automation systems for residential and business clients.
• Read and accurately interpret system/network design maps.
• Complete end-of-line network testing to meet technical specifications.
• Identify and repair upstream and downstream ingress.
