Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience with LMR or VHF/UHF systems.
• Solid understanding of basic RF principles.
• Willing to travel up to 50% for multi-state projects.

Responsibilities

• System installation of VHF/UHF radio infrastructure, including repeaters and antennas.
• Vehicle integration: install and configure mobile radio hardware.
• Technical programming using manufacturer software (Motorola, Tait, Kenwood).
• Construction site support following blueprints and safety protocols.
• Troubleshooting RF interference and hardware failures in the field.
• Testing with RF equipment to verify performance and coverage.
