Job summary

Tieto Tech Consulting seeks a Senior Network Engineer for a BICS project. You will configure and troubleshoot diverse network architectures, design and test solutions, and maintain documentation and design guidelines to support global connectivity.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Telecom/IT/Electronics, 5 years in telecom/ISP environments, fluent English, and Cisco/Alcatel SR certification or equivalent, with strong knowledge of IOS, SROS, VPNs, QoS, and Python scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecom, IT and/or Electronics.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and troubleshooting different network architectures
• Designing, testing, and implementing technical solutions based on business and operational requirements, considering recent technology evolutions.
• Designing, writing, and updating both system documentation and network design guidelines
• Managing network’s software & hardware lifecycle
• Take part in a guard duty service to support our 24/7 organization (Optional)
