• Provide technical support to customers through various platforms.
• Manage incident protocols and ensure effective communication.
• Contribute to documentation for self-service and internal processes.
• Support operations team members and lead communication during incidents.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

3+ years experience with Linux

L2 and L3 Networking

Knowledge of Ansible

Knowledge of Terraform

Familiarity with AWS, GCP, OpenStack
