Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Katowice, Poland, seeks a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team. You will install, configure, and maintain critical server and network equipment, perform structured cabling, and monitor power and cooling systems.

We value hands-on experience (3+ years), strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent documentation. The role includes on-call rotation and standard business hours; shift differentials apply for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in data center operations or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with server, network and environmental systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber).
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation and asset tracking.
