Job summary

ABB is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to support planning and execution of field service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance. You will collaborate with Field Service Engineers, customers, and internal teams in a hybrid work model.

You will coordinate activities, serve as the main customer contact, and maintain records of competencies and training while driving process improvements. Proficiency in Polish and English, and Excel/ERP familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in coordination, administration, customer service, or service support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field service activities according to ABB standards and safety procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during service assignments.
• Plan and coordinate service activities to deliver high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of service personnel competencies, certifications, and training.
• Monitor execution of service visits and ensure timely documentation.
