Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Field Service & Servitization Consultant to join transformation and implementation projects for industrial clients in Poland. You will help transform aftersales operations into service-driven models, leveraging SAP configurations and AI-enabled capabilities throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Higher education, minimum bachelor’s degree or technical equivalent (Engineer)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working for industrial clients
• Functional knowledge of SAP that allows proposing best practice configurations
• Understanding dependencies, e.g. BOM and Serialization
• Practical knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, GPT)
• Practical knowledge of project management methodology (waterfall and/or agile and/or scrum)
• Excellent communication skills in English is a must
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Support organizations in transforming field service operations to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Help design and optimize service business models, including subscription, outcome-based and equipment-as-a-service offerings.
• Contribute to the transformation of service contract and customer lifecycle processes, enabling long-term customer engagement and recurring revenue models.
• Collaborate with service, sales, operations and customer success teams to improve end-to-end service delivery and customer value realization.
• Support initiatives focused on connected services, leveraging connected products and digital capabilities to enhance service performance.
• Analyze and improve field service planning, workforce utilization and service execution to increase operational effectiveness.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI-enabled service capabilities, remote assistance and predictive insights to improve customer support and field operations.
• Support organizations in developing customer‑centric service strategies, strengthening aftersales capabilities and digital service transformation.
