Job summary

Waters is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers across Poland, with a focus on the South Poland region. You will install, service, and calibrate instruments, provide remote and on-site technical support, and help ensure high service levels in regulated environments.

Fluent Polish and strong English are required, with willingness to travel across Poland and occasionally Central Europe. A strong background in biomedical or high-tech instrumentation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Biomedical/Electronic/Mechanical).
• Experience as a field service engineer in high-tech medical devices.
• Fluent Polish; very good English communication.
• Knowledge of computers, networking, electronics and precision mechanics; flow cytometry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize customer satisfaction by solving problems and maintaining long-term stability.
• Install/service BD Biosciences instruments with remote and on-site support per SLAs.
• Plan preventive maintenance and corrective technical support activities.
• Relocate and certify instruments (IQ/OQ) per customer needs.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and personal tools for task execution.
• Comply with quality and safety regulations and service SLAs.
• Document data in BD Service Management systems for accuracy.
• Promote service contracts with sales colleagues.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
