Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking an Informatics Service Specialist to support its growth in Poland. In this role, you will engage with customers, ensuring effective deployment and compliance of Waters Informatics solutions in regulated lab environments.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or related field and experience in informatics systems. You will work both remotely and onsite, with a focus on customer service and technical solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in informatics system deployment within regulated environments.
• Exposure to Computer Systems Validation (CSV).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support Waters Informatics solutions.
• Deliver technical services across Windows Server and Oracle databases.
• Support pre-sales activities and identify additional service opportunities.
