Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Customer Service Engineer embedded on-site at Polpharma in Poland to support the OneSource Enterprise program. You will install, maintain, repair, and qualify analytical instruments across multi-vendor fleets, ensuring GMP compliance and high uptime.

You will coordinate on-site activities, manage service scope for the site, and deliver user training while maintaining meticulous documentation and data integrity. A driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field with 3+ years field-service experience on analytical instrumentation OR technical qualification with 5+ years’ experience.
• Fluent Polish (professional working proficiency) and good working English, both spoken and written.
• Valid category B driving licence and willingness to travel as required by customer site/region.
• Legal right to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance and qualification of multi-vendor instrumentation on-site at Polpharma.
• Coordinate and schedule on-site service activities to meet OneSource and customer QA standards.
• Manage the OneSource service scope for the site, including instrument repair and spare parts inventory.
• Maintain GMP-compliant documentation and QMS records with correct revision levels.
• Provide on-site user training and familiarity on defined product groups.
• Ensure test equipment calibration within required timelines and record status in service systems.
• Provide timely status updates on tickets and attach Field Service Reports.
• Complete all administrative reporting on time.
• Identify opportunities for quality improvement and billable-service opportunities to the account team.
