Job summary

Sungrow Europe in Poland is seeking an ESS Regional Project Manager to lead energy storage projects across Europe from Poland. You will develop detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation, coordinating cross-functional teams and serving as the main point of contact for clients.

You will oversee payment milestones, ensure quality, and conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

2–3+ years of project management experience in energy storage, renewables, or technical infrastructure sectors.
Native Polish and English at C1 level.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Proven ability to manage teams and build strong customer relationships.
Skilled in solution-based project management and contract negotiation.
Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage ESS projects across Europe, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources efficiently.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Oversee project payment milestones and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Ensure quality standards are met and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
