• Experience delivering field IT support to end-users.
• Ability to troubleshoot desktop/laptop/printer hardware issues.
• Experience coordinating OEM/warranty replacements and asset management.
• Experience imaging workstations and maintaining site documentation.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity on-site best practices and incident response.

• Coordinate vendor interactions and dispatch-site support.
• Handle cybersecurity on-site concerns and vulnerability remediation.
• Create knowledge articles and site-specific documentation.
