Job summary

IMI seeks an IT Desktop Support Technician to deliver technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues on desktop systems. You will support end users across IMI locations, both onsite and remotely, ensuring smooth operation of the IT environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in IT support, strong Windows 10/11, M365, AD/AAD/Intune skills, and a customer-focused approach. ITIL/Certifications are a plus; hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or similar.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD, Azure AD and Intune.
• Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment, remotely and onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to end users onsite and remotely.
• Act as the first contact for IT incidents and service requests with timely resolution.
• Support desktops, laptops, Windows, M365 apps, and mobile devices.
