Job summary

Infinity Quest Limited is hiring for an IT support role in Poland. You will provide IMAC services, install and image desktops and laptops, troubleshoot Windows OS and software, and support business applications.

You will handle handheld devices, printers, scanners, and other peripherals, while collaborating with IT and infrastructure teams as needed. The position focuses on hands-on end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of endpoints and devices in

Qualifications

Provide IMAC services and break-fix support.
Install, configure, image and troubleshoot desktops/laptops and business apps.
Support handheld devices, printers and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software and connectivity issues.
Support Microsoft Office and other standard business applications.
Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide Install, Move, Add and Change (IMAC) services and break-fix support.
Install, configure, image, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, operating systems, and business applications.
Provide hands‑on support for handheld devices, barcode scanners, tablets, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, and end‑user connectivity issues.
Support Microsoft Office and other standard business applications.
Provide smart hands and feet support to other IT and infrastructure teams as required.
