Qualifications

• Hands-on deskside or field IT support experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems.

• Experience with IMAC, break-fix, and end-user support.
• Basic networking, LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, and compute/storage awareness.
• Basic knowledge of mobile device support.
• Good communication, analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams, vendors, and OEMs.
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
