Job summary

IntelligenzIT is seeking a Field Support Representative (Level 1) to provide onsite IT support across Europe, covering offices, manufacturing, laboratories and data centres. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform IMAC tasks, image systems, and ensure smooth IT operations for end-users.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support across office, manufacturing, laboratory and data centre environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and maintain IT operations.
• Build, image, and deploy standard client images.
• Support end-user, IMAC and break-fix tasks.
• Coordinate vendor access to data centres and communication rooms.
• Assist with network, LAN, Wi‑Fi and printing services.
• Manage IT assets including imaging, labelling, and disposal.
• Collaborate with internal teams and OEMs to resolve critical issues.
