Job summary

Work Life Group is deploying an end-user device replacement programme across multiple NATO locations in Europe. You will provide on-site end-user support during handovers and assist users with login or basic device issues, focusing on end-user and deskside support rather than infrastructure.

We seek professionals with an active NATO Secret clearance and experience in L1/L2 IT support, able to cover various locations across Europe and travel as needed for project weeks.

Qualifications

• Active NATO Secret clearance is required.
• Experience in L1/L2 IT support or deskside support.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows login and device issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support during laptop handover Deployments.
• Assist users with login and basic device issues at NATO sites.
• Deliver deskside support across multiple NATO locations in Europe.
