Job summary

Lyten Poland is seeking a skilled BESS Commissioning Service Engineer to support commissioning, service and rework of Lyten products. The role requires extensive travel to customer sites worldwide and hands‑on repair work from the Gdańsk Service Workshop.

You will perform commissioning, troubleshoot, and provide expert technical support while maintaining detailed records, safety standards, and customer communications. English proficiency and a valid SEP E are required.

Qualifications

Experience in customer technical support.
Experience working with high‑voltage power electronics products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service mindset.
Valid SEP E electrical permit.
Valid driver’s license.
Knowledge of control systems software and hardware.
Strong understanding of battery systems (software and hardware).
Willingness to travel up to 50–70%.
Good command of English (B2).

Responsibilities

Perform service, commissioning, and rework of Lyten products at customer sites and in Gdańsk.
Prepare and maintain detailed service records and checklists.
Conduct risk assessments and create service reports.
Update customer service logs and documentation.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
Interact with customers to resolve technical problems and follow up.
Analyze findings to determine best solutions.
Maintain a strong Health & Safety culture.
Train customers on operation and maintenance of Lyten products.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
