Job summary

Huawei in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Customer Service Engineer for PV & BESS projects. You will support in the engineering process, supervise hardware/software, and run acceptance tests.

Role includes onsite surveys, installation or commissioning when needed, and remote hotline assistance. Requirements include a bachelor’s in Electrotechnics or renewable energy, basic knowledge of energy systems, and good English and Polish communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering or Renewable energy.
• Basic knowledge of energy industry or MV systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work full-time and learn/develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in project engineering process: kick-off, hardware and software supervision, acceptance test.
• Onsite site survey, installation or commissioning when needed.
• Remote customer support on hotline.
• Work as a reliable team member for commissioning and improving troubleshooting.
• Interface with engineering partner to locate problems during engineering process.
• Pre-sales testing support and workshops with customer or partner on technical issues.
